My programming strengths are mostly concentrated in efficiency and quick execution. My analytical skills can be traced back to the age of five when I was a very active Chess and Poker player, this built my foundation for solving complicated problems with a simplistic approach/solution.

In addition to my skills, I am also a team player and can communicate my ideas and thoughts quickly and very clearly.

Rohit R. Phadtare, StudentsGlobe

I completed my BS in civil Engineering in 2007 from Mumbai University, India. I then came immediately to the US for my MBA. As preparation for my MBA I started small firm in 2005 to gain business experience. The firm specialized in trading rubber molded articles. I used to manage the business in my spare time. I had 3 clients and successfully operated the business for two years. While at Pace my assessment of the market conditions and growth let me to a dual major in Finance and Management. I will be graduating in December 2009. Working as a graduate assistant in the Finance and Management departments gave me an excellent opportunity to enhance my academic knowledge and broaden my outlook. Currently, I am working as an intern with a portfolio management firm. The job is really exciting in the current market situation and each day is different.
