Professor Bruce Bachenheimer, Executive Director of theEntrepreneurship Lab , traveled to Israel to promote the Israel Entrepreneurship Initiative in partnership with theMIT Enterprise forum of Israel at Tel Aviv University from May 21, 2017 to May 26, 2017. In addition to promoting the program, Professor Bachenheimer participated in numerous entrepreneurship events, including delivering a guest lecture on 'Evidence-Based Entrepreneurship' (Tel Aviv University). He also visited a number of other academic institutions, including: Netanya Academic College; Ruppin Academic Center; the
Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya; and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. This initiative was made possible by a generous grant from Pace alumni Michael Dezer, BBA ’68.

An ‘Information Session’ for the Israel Entrepreneurship Initiative was held on May 21, 2017 in the Porter School Building on the campus of Tel Aviv University. The event was produced in association with our local partner, the MIT Enterprise Forum of Israel, and speakers included three past program participants: Boaz Misholi, Chairman, OMGWhen; Michelle Specktor, Co-Founder, iPgallery; and Danny Weissberg, Co-Founder and CEO, Voiceitt.
