Bruce Bachenheimer is a Clinical Professor of Management and the Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. He is also the organizer of the annual Pace Pitch Contest and Business Plan Competition. Mr. Bachenheimer is an Emeritus Board Member and past Chair of the New York City Chapter of the MIT Enterprise Forum and served on the organization’s Global Board. He has been widely quoted in a variety of domestic and international publications, interviewed on radio and television and has spoken on entrepreneurship at numerous organizations, including the Youth Assembly at the United Nations and the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program.
Mr. Bachenheimer began his career in investment banking and has worked for global corporations and new ventures. He has conducted business in over two dozen countries and was the founder of Annapolis Maritime Corp. and the Co-Founder of StockCentral Australia. He holds a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, from Pace University and received the McKinsey & Company Leadership Scholarship to pursue an MBA degree, which he earned from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Jonathan Lee is the Associate Director of the Entrepreneurship Lab at Pace University. He began his career as a research assistant at Harvard University, served as an officer in the United States Air Force as a scientist and program manager at the AF Research Laboratory, and in the AF Reserves as an instructor. Most recently he worked in data and products for UBS Asset Management Technology. He holds a BS, cum laude from Tufts University, and an MS, top graduate, from Pace University.
Sahil Maniyar, Graduate Assistant
Sahil is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA International Business student at Pace University, New York. He has worked as a Managing Partner at an export firm in India. The job focused on marketing, procurement, customer handling and logistics. He has also worked as a GRE Quantitative reasoning teacher, is good with numbers and knows how to manage a group of people. He also has work experience from two international businesses in Russia and Egypt.
Pia Barbra Eid helps with running the eLab’s Instagram and Twitter. She is an 18-year-old Freshmen majoring in International Management at the Lubin School of Business. She is from Brooklyn Heights, New York, and originally Lebanese. She is currently an advocate for UNICEF USA and hopes to become a part of the official UNICEF USA in the near future. She is interested in event planning, plays soccer, and bakes/cooks as hobbies.
Harivatsav Raghavendra Rao, Web Developer Intern
Harivatsav currently works as a web developer intern at Pace University ELab. He is responsible for designing, development and maintenance of the Elab’s website. He is currently pursuing his master’s in Computer Science at Pace University and has earned his bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. He is a technophile who has a flair for business. During his free time, he enjoys listening to music, watching movies and reading.
